ski location helpful staff convenient gondola
the hotel offered a true ski-in and ski-out experience, and a ski shop on the premises was very convenient. the slopes and ariondaz gondola were just behind the hotel. i found the staff to be helpful and pleasant.
i found the elevator to be quite slow, which sometimes caused minor delays.

The room was clean and well kept, though the space was compact (still manageable, of course). the bathroom included a separate shower and provided a good selection of toiletries. I also had a nice view from my window.

The reception desk staff were very attentive and helpful with all our requests, and they arranged ski equipment rentals efficiently. the ski room staff were friendly.

breakfast had numerous optionswith a good start to the day before skiing (especially the fresh pastries!). the restaurant offered beautiful and delicious meals, though the menu could benefit from some additional variety, in my opinion.

Really good Ski Getaway
ski location attentive staff warm ambiance
The location was ski-in and ski-out with the slopes and gondola just behind the hotel. A ski shop was conveniently located on the premises. I found the hotel staff very attentive and. I was very charmed by the warm ambiance
Unfortunately, there was only one small elevator, and the wait times were excessive. It was somewhat inconvenient.

The reception desk and hotel staff were helpful. They were also responsive and proactive with all requests. Ski storage service was available. This made accessing equipment effortless each day, a great help.

The hotel features a ski shop directly on the premises, offering convenience for rentals and repairs. Access to the Ariondaz gondola is right behind the hotel. This makes it very easy to reach the slopes quickly each morning.
Dining

The breakfast buffet offered many choices, all very fresh. Tables were always available, even when the hotel was full. The night-time restaurant delivered some beautiful meals. They were delicious.
